Wolfhook is a type of plant of human impact you will need to raise characters such as Razor and Sucrose. It is a rare plant that only really grows in the Wolvendom region in Mondstadt.
To find a lot of Wolfhook, you can check an area which should give between 12 and 18 of the plant, and it will be reappoed every two days during reset. If you head for Wolvendom, which is right opposite Lake Mondstadt, you will find a path that leads from the lake to an arena.
Follow this trail and you will arrive at an area of trees and bushes, with some statues of the Pyro. This is where you want to search for Wolfhook. It is a small purple plant that grows on the ground, and there should be a dozen distributed over this area.
It is worth catching them every time you cross the region. You will need a lot of them to raise your characters and release their full potential. The more you build it over time, the more you have it when you really need it, and you will not try to mobilize resources for a character you really want to raise.
If you find Chloris, which is near Windrise, you can also buy it, even if it will have a limited stock and it will take time to restock.
