During the last 25 years, innumerable fanatics have fallen in love with the Pokémon franchise. These fans have presented the phenomenon in several different ways, including anime, comics and TCG. However, videogames have been the entry point for many people, and the tattooa Dan McWilliams has helped fans to show it in a very fun way: their tattoos present the favorite pokémon of fans that arises from handheld computers Game Boy! The artist s designs have included it in the Inked magazine and helped him become viral on Instagram, where visitors can find many incredible works.

While McWilliams has made many Pokémon tattoos that do not include a Game Boy (including an impressive version of Jessie of Team Rocket), the art with the handheld could be the most impressive. There is something amazing to see a Pokémon emerging from that old screen; For many pokémon fanatics, sometimes it seemed that those characters existed beyond the world of the cartridge, so it seems very appropriate. The most recent publication of McWilliams on Instagram presents a stunning Sylveon coming out of a pink Game Boy. While Sylveon did not appear until the days of the Nintendo DS, it is still a great image!
It is always interesting to see the ways in which Pokémon fanatics show their passion. No matter how the franchise was presented to the fans, Pokémon has become a cultural phenomenon, and it does not seem to be slowing down in the short term. While Pokémon fanatics who grew up with Game Boy games are now being made these tattoos, it is likely that one day we see young fanatics with whom they are currently growing. Hopefully, those tattoos will look at least half of awesome than those we have seen in McWilliams!
