Since the catastrophic failure of the Rory McIrroy PGA Tour d'EA which has almost sink the genre five years ago, HB Studios has produced a picturesque, otherwise rough golf experience called The Golf Club . And while the different editions have been published to date have not been able to scratch the itching of Tiger Woods who harassed the fans since the late 2000s, 2K games seek to remedy there. Intervene, take the bull by the horns and rename The Golf Club as a new PGA Tour 2K series is an exciting gesture for a generally hungry fans base. Unfortunately, during our stay with PGA Tour 2K21, we found it was nothing more than a tribute to the future potential. In the current state of things, none of the courses presents better than the golf parties from the early 2010. Assets are bland, most of the textures that do not have the kind of details you expect from a modern title . The models of characters are ridiculously terrifying, with crowds, in particular, which seem insulting. Each of professionally licensed professionals is more rigid and clumsy than the previous one.
Apart from the mediocre visuals, PGA Tour 2K21 also lacks the brand to appropriately describe the emotion of the match. The fans present react (a little) correctly to each of your clichés, but so many other elements that make high issues are totally absent. Winning seems disappointing because the victory is equal to nothing more than receiving a picture of a trophy. The comment is irritating or missed and often fails to create the thrill of making a clutch birdie, or the agony of a devastating bogey.
Although HB Studios has a long way to go in the presentation department, it is undeniable that they captured a large part of the satisfaction that comes with the nailing of your clichés. Driving, approaching, chipping and put everything is fantastic and accurately reproduces the excitement of an adequate assessment, for example, of a difficult by-5. There is no doubt that the newly invigorated series, and now old, Golf Club is sitting at the foot of a mountain made of potential, even if it can be a sacred ascent to reach the top.
