Several computer game publications have supplied praise and objection on Alucard's character. In Aria of Sadness and Dawn of Sadness, where Alucard existed as Genya Arikado, customers kept in mind that although he came under a stereotypical personality mold and mildew, the higher concentration on supporting characters was an invited change from previous Castlevania games.
