VALHEIM HEARTH AND HOME, the first major update

6 months after his official release, the first major update of Valheim is revealed. Hearth and Home promises to improve many things at stake, but also to bring novelty. We can find new recipes, new construction, but also a revaluation of food to make it much more interesting in all circumstances. The update is scheduled for September 2021.

This first major update of Valheim comes to change the food system with 3 categories. The first, symbolized by a red fork, indicates that the food increases vitality. The food symbolized by a yellow fork affects endurance, while a white fork acts on both statistics. The choice of food becomes more important, to increase your abilities according to your needs. On this occasion, new recipes appear.

In parallel, the blocking system benefits from some changes. If it seems like minor, this is combined with changes in the food system. Thus, the blockage now depends on the maximum life of the Viking, and no longer its endurance. A bar of obstruction also makes its appearance, which, once emptied, touts your character at the next blow suddenly.

New constructions arrive to customize your fireplace in hearth and home. If your bicoque may seem nice, the new construction plans allow you to customize it with even more choices. New shapes and colors are made available to players to offer them all the tools to make the most beautiful creations. A new material is also planned to expand the collection.

But the most important part of this update is the addition of a treasure room. In the latter you will be able to show off your riches by exhibiting them directly in this special room. Create batteries, mountains or even gold pools, spread your different chests and most valuable treasures to everyone's view. And do not worry about thieves with the metal grid and key keychain that will prevent anyone from taking them.
