Updating: Niantic has published a blog post, where the delay for the stronger United Brilliant Event Part 1 will be explained.

After the Dark Arts month in October, Niantic announced a whole series of events for November. There are a total of five in the course of the month, the first already runs.

From 26 November to December 2, the last month of the month will be a limited action by Legends of Hogwarts.
