An interview with the developer of the new indie game I'm worried about this project. This time, we will deliver a mini-in-traver to the fantastic action adventure " OMNO " developer released on Jonas Manke Development, PC / Xbox ONE / Overseas PS4 July 29.

This work is an action adventure that travels the world without strange. Puzzles and mystery are prepared in various environments such as the forest, desert, tundra area, and clouds. In the middle of the trip, you can also encounter various creatures. It is also true for Japanese.

- First of all, please introduce yourself.

Jonas Manke (hereinafter JONAS) Hello! This work is Jonas MANKE, which made one person. He has been working as a television program and a movie animator, but this is the first time to make a game. He has been happy marriage and is also a father of three children. He lives with his family in a small town in Central Germany says Bee Repeld.

-How did you start developing this work?

Jonas started as a side project in 2016. It was the first time to publicly expected in July 2017, but it was overwhelmed by many people's reactions. I decided to try what kind of results and decided to take full time in full time in this work. Since savings were exhausted, we have lowned cloud fundling in the second half of 2018. I wanted to know whether there were people like this game really interested, and I thought it would be nice to have the minimum funds to be able to play somehow. However, this was a great success over the expectations, and it has become an experience that changes his life.

Then I sent a life that concentrates only for this project. I worked on at night, no holiday, and last year there was no weekend. Derifiant, mentally, economically, I challenged the limit. Since there are three people, there are three children, so this lifestyle has a big deal in our family, and I really hardly struggled to say how to take balance.

- Please tell me the characteristics of this work.

Jonas This work has no battle, so you can experience a gaming game with quiet and decorated. This work is a work that focuses on "search" "moving pleasure" and "reward for curiosity". Players will learn new movements by promoting the game, and this will make changes to how to play the game, and players will interact with creatures in a pleasant way of surprisingly.

- Is there a work affected by this work?

It is always struggling to answer the questions that were affected by Jonas. Because I do not know about myself well. I am affected by everything and get inspiration. When making this work, it is influenced from a game such as "Super Mario", "Wind travel band" and "Final Fantasy 7", such as when deciding on the design, and (I have never played by myself) It will also have an impact from "World of Warcraft". However, I think that I have evidentally inspired from other art works, such as films and books.

-Did you have an impact on development by new coronavirus?

Since it is a solo developer who is working at Jonas home, it was lucky that many people were able to avoid the problems facing around the world. When the school has been closed, I had to take care of my children, and work was delayed. However, although there was a need to be aware of noisy work environments and time management, the entire development of this work was not so impacted. I think I was very lucky and I am grateful.

- Is it okay to deliver and revenerate this work?

Jonas, of course! I love to see the figure of the person who plays this work, sometimes I also want to say greetings to those of the streamer and the viewers!
