together over 46 years experience in the gaming industry
Who is Jen ONEAL? The former developer and studio pot of Vicarious Visions is only since January 2021 at Blizzard. However, your studio has been to Activision since 2005. During their time in the industry, she worked among other things:

- For the first time as coordinator at Indiana Jones and the Infernal Machine (Lucasarts, 1999)
- Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 as a producer
- Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure as a producer
- Several Tony Hawks Games as a Producer and Head of Studio
- Destiny 2 together with bungie
Jen Oneal came over Diablo to Blizzard. Your studio should support Blizzard in the development of Diablo 2: Resurrected and was incorporated in January 2021. The idea was to link the studio as a whole with the Diablo franchise, also with Diablo 4.

Who is Mike Ybarra? Before his career at Blizzard, Mike Ybarra worked over 19 years at Microsoft and before another 2 years at the software developer Hewlett-Packard. At Microsoft, he worked early as a manager and worked on:
- Age of Empires Online
- Ryse: Son of Rome (Legendary Editions)
- Sunset Overdrive
- Quantum Break
Ybarra came to Blizzard in November 2019, so it is only for almost 2 years at the company. There he had also worked as a manager as well as executive vice president. How some players found out Ybara even likes to play WOW (Via Wow Forums).
With the two new bosses, a sign for openness is supposed to be set and a new direction will be given for the future. The change is followed by the great sexism scandal, which Blizzard has been pursuing since 22 July 2021.

How Blizzard will develop under the new leadership must still show. Both ONEAL and YBARRA have a lot of experience in terms of inclusion and equality with their backgrounds.
The largest brand of Blizzard, World of Warcraft, is currently also wavering. Here, the players interfere again and again at the content and recently even increasingly at the payment system:
Players wonder: why do you pay for wow a subscription?
